Did you know that, as a 探花精选 customer, you have a number of user logins at your disposal? Whether you work with a marketing assistant, IT resource or salesperson, you can set up additional users to access your 探花精选 portal.
And more recently, our Applications team launched six different user roles, depending on what level of access you want your user to have. This allows you more flexibility and control over how the rest of your team accesses 探花精选.
Let’s walk through the six different user roles, which are available to our Professional and Enterprise customers.
1. Administrator
For the 探花精选 power user. Access to all applications and settings within 探花精选. Anyone setting up and maintaining core aspects of the product, like a Salesforce connector, domain name settings or user management, should be set up as an Administrator.
2. Marketer
For the marketing manager. Access to all 探花精选 applications, with limited access to settings for Social Media and Analytics. Anyone performing core marketing tasks (but not needing access to the more administrative, back-end settings) should be set up as a Marketer.
3. Content Creator
For the content king or queen. Access to the Blog, Social Media, Keywords, CTAs, and File Manager applications. This is a great user role for someone creating and promoting content. This user does not have access to Landing Pages, Emails or Workflows. Great for a summer marketing intern!
4. Business Analyst
For the marketing data guru. Access to just the reporting tools within 探花精选, found under the Reports section of the navigation. Anyone in charge of analytics and reporting should be given the Business Analyst user role. Great for someone just interested in the numbers.
5. Blog Author
For the blog writer. Access to creating and modifying--but not publishing--content in the Blog application. This user role is fit for anyone who's primary role is writing blog posts.
6. Blog Publisher
For the blog editor and publisher. Access to both creating and publishing content in the blog. This is great for someone in charge of curating content for the blog, editing posts and managing the editorial calendar.
So, ask yourself:
Is there anyone on your team that should be added as a user? Which specific user role is appropriate for how he or she plans to use 探花精选?
